IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE WE OFFER A 14 DAY RETURNS POLICY ON NON-SALE ITEMS (EXCLUDING ITEMS BOUGHT THROUGH DISCOUNTS). THIS APPLIES TO BOTH UNWANTED AND FAULTY ITEMS. FOR SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS WE CAN SORT SIZE EXCHANGES OR PROCESS STORE CREDIT NOTES FOR LATER USE.
TO INITIATE A RETURN CLICK HERE. YOU'LL NEED YOUR ORDER NUMBER, WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON YOUR INVOICE OR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. PLEASE NOTE REQUESTS MADE AFTER 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM WILL BE REJECTED.
FOLLOWING THE INITIATION OF A RETURN, UK CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE A FURTHER 14 DAYS TO ENSURE THE SAFE RETURN OF THE ITEMS TO US. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE IN A PERFECT RESELLABLE CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED (IF APPLICABLE). WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR NON-FAULTY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR HAD TAGS REMOVED.
ONCE THE GOODS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, WE WILL ISSUE THE REFUND VIA THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.
IF YOUR RETURN IS FOUND TO BE IN AN UNSELLABLE CONDITION, YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPTION OF IT BEING RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE, OR HAVING A FEE APPLIED OF 25% TO COVER OUR CLEANING COSTS, THE REST WILL BE DELIVERED AS STORE CREDIT.
